The result is this gourmet Iberico chorizo, cured naturally in drying rooms for 5 months, The Sierra de Francia lends shelter and allows this slow curing process. The traditionally acorn fed Iberican pigs bring this chorizo flavour and texture to another level. Mild paprika, mellow and moreish.
