Ingredients: Raw mil ( sheep 50%, goat 30%) salt, vegetarian rennet, sabiliser ( calcium chloride) and lactic ferments. 

Non edible plastic rind contains preservatives(E-202 and E-235) and colour ( E-172)

Keep refrigerated
