Salmorejo- Santa Teresa

Salmorejo is a chilled tomato soup famous in Spain. The main difference between it and Gazpacho is the addition of some day old bread to give it a creamier & thicker texture. 

To rock your tapas table serve in little earthenware bowls (cazuelas) and top with some of our Rincon de Pepe  iberico jamon and chopped up boiled eggs and maybe a little extra La Barca 10 yr old sherry vinegar

The guys and gals at Santa Teresa have kept this additive, preservative free using only fresh veggies and good extra virgin olive oil

As this is a chilled item, we deliver just locally in Dublin and East Wicklow
