Conserva Nicola Tomato Frito w Peppers (Tin)

Well the search is over! We have been looking for years now for a true artisan cannery for our frito needs.

Ramon and his papa sources ingredients directly from Murcia’s renowned Huerta, one of Spain’s most fertile agricultural regions. They work with their local growers using seasonal produce and premium olive oil.   They cook their sauces slowly staying true to their authentic Spanish origins.

What is tomato frito I hear you ask?

Well just the base of all Spanish cooking is all!!   Really good ripe tomatoes, slowly cooked with olive oil with a pinch of salt & sugar to balance out the acidity

It serves as a flavor-packed base for paella, cazuela (stews), or topping to albondigas             (spanish meatballs-great word eh?), grilled chorizo & white beans, grilled fish, rice & pasta dishes and the list goes on.....

Store in a cool dry place, once opened transfer contents to an airtight non-metallic container, refrigerate & consume within 3 days

Ingredients: tomato (82.5%), green peppers(12%) extra virgin olive oil (4%), thickener modified con starch and salt
