Membrillo Quince Paste

Considered fruit of the gods, quince is indeed divine in this family membrillo recipe from St Teresa in Avila.

Although from the same family as apple & pear, the quince is practically inedible raw but add a little lemon juice and sugar to naturally preserve - wow.

Cut into thin slices and pair with our moreish manchego, pop on top of our Ines Rosales olive oil tortas or serve with some hot roast pork & crackling. 

This membrillo is totally natural with no additives, preservatives and is gluten free
